From Breakdowns to Breakthroughs
Navigating burn-out, divorce and night shifts was the breaking, and making, of me. Despite navigating too many of life’s biggest challenges that should have sent me packing for a health retreat, with two children who needed me, I had no choice but to stay and navigate to calm and energising waters. The eternal nurturer in me wants to show you how, so the storm you’re battling doesn’t have to be as hard.
