What programmes do you offer?
Initially, I am just going to offer 6 week programmes, not the 12 week.
Who are your programmes aimed at?
I know you don’t have time, you’re all busy people, your exhausted, you wear multiple hats. So, I don’t want to waste your time.
My programmes are bespoke, so are aimed at women who are trying to do it all, and feel like they’re failing in multiple areas.
The programmes enable me to support anyone in restoring empowerment, through the challenging journey of burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion. My expertise is Healthcare and upholding professionalism during Burnout. However, all workplaces have their challenges and difficulties, but can empower those who are working.
This Programme is not for everyone.
It is not for people who do not want to put in time and effort.
It is not for people who want over night fixes.
This is not for people who are not willing to work on themselves.
How frequent are the sessions?
We all have very busy lives and finding time for yourself can be difficult. But this is YOUR programme, so I will be led by you. How often do you want to make time for yourself?
As a recommendation, weekly sessions would be a minimum and 3-4 weekly sessions would be the maximum.
What can I expect from your service?
My overall service offers an efficient, confidential and professional space, which allows me to ask questions in a way which will empower you to focusing on the here and now and explore your inner knowledge around the challenges which you choose to explore.
What are your payment terms?
Invoices are required to be paid within 7 days of being received.
Do you have a payment plan?
Invoices are required to be paid either in full or in 2 instalments.
The first/full payment is required prior to commencing the coaching sessions.
The 2nd invoice will be issued 4 weeks later.
Am I bound by a contract?
When you decide to get started, I will send you an coaching agreement which you will need to sign. Once the coaching agreement is signed, we are fully committed to the sessions and on time payments. The coaching agreement is there to protect you and me, in the arrangement we have come to together.
What happens if I decide it’s not for me?
If you feel it’s not right for you during the programme, let’s chat about it. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds on monies already paid, but I will work hard to find a way to finish my service to you in a way that works for you. I am bound by a code of conduct as a coach, so refunds follow the guidelines of the code of conduct.
What happens if I want to continue after the first programme?
I have a variety of options for continuing the programme, we can adapt these to make them completely bespoke. We will discuss your next steps towards the end of your programme, establish where you’re at and what would be most appropriate for you following your initial programme.
What is your accreditation?
I am a Certified Women’s Coach, trained through One of Many™. The coaching training programme I have been educated through is certified with the International Coaching Federation.
